CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

  • Deadline: You have up to 14 days from the date your order was shipped to return it.
  • Condition of the garments: The garment must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact.
  • Location: The return must be made within the same market or region where you made the purchase.

HOME PICKUP

  • We offer you the option of returning your items through our home collection service.
  • The cost per return request is PEN 14.00 , which will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will assume the cost .

PROCESS

  • Request a refund through our website, email, or phone number.
  • Prepare the package, making sure that the garments meet the indicated conditions.
  • A carrier will pick up the package at the indicated address within 24 to 48 hours.
  • You don't need to print anything; the carrier will bring the label ready for you.
