Order Status

You can easily track your order from your account, in the Orders section.

Below, we explain the different statuses your order will go through.

1. PURCHASED
Your order purchase has been completed successfully.

2. IN PROGRESS
We have received and validated your purchase information.

3. IN PREPARATION
Your order is being prepared at our facilities.

4. SENT
Your order has left our facilities. At this point, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link from the shipping company , where you can check the status and location of your package in real time.

5. PICKED UP BY CARRIER
Your order is now in the hands of the shipping company and you will receive it shortly.

6. DELIVERED
You have already received your order.
