Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the delivery address, the time you place your order, and item availability.

When processing your order, we'll show you the available shipping methods , their costs , and the estimated delivery date . We'll tailor our shipping options to your needs, ensuring you're efficient.

IMPORTANT: Deliveries are only made on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays, when shipping agencies operate their regular business days.

The shipping address for your order must be in the same market/region where you placed your order. You can change the shipping address from your account, as long as the order status allows it.

RESCHEDULING AND ORDER WITHDRAWAL

METROPOLITAN LIMA:

  • Customers may reschedule delivery up to two times. If they are unable to receive their order after these reschedules, payment will be required for an additional shipment, which includes two additional reschedules.
  • If the customer cannot receive the order at the next opportunity, they must pick up their package directly from the designated shipping agency.

PROVINCES AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • If the customer is unable to receive the order, they must go to the corresponding shipping agency to collect their package.

FREE SHIPPING

  • Shipping is free on purchases over PEN 190.00 . Only valid for non-discounted items. (Valid only for Peru)

HOME DELIVERY / LIMA (MOTORIZED)

  • Delivery in 1 to 2 business days, depending on the district.

SHIPPING BY AGENCY / LIMA (SHALOM - PAYMENT AND PICKUP)

  • Delivery in 1 to 3 business days, depending on the district.

SHIPPING BY AGENCY / PROVINCE (SHALOM - PAYMENT AND PICKUP)

  • Delivery in 2 to 3 business days, depending on exact location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / DHL

  • Delivery in 6 to 9 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that customs fees may apply upon receipt of your order.
